Business owners who understand this are often a lot more successful than those who don’t, and they also can make good money doing it.

It is very difficult for a business to thrive without customers. In fact, the only thing that makes it work is if you have customers who will pay you for what you provide, and who are happy to find out about new products and services that you offer.
