The thing that makes Life and Art so difficult is that there are so many aspects of our perception that are at odds with each other. Things that we accept as true in the real world, we also accept as true in our minds. Things that we accept as true in our minds, we also accept as true in our minds.

In a way, we are all in a constant state of becoming aware of our thoughts and feelings. This awareness is also called “awareness of awareness.” We don’t just have awareness of our thoughts and feelings, we also have awareness of our thoughts and feelings. I feel like my heart is my seat of all consciousness but it’s not really. I was referring to consciousness in general which includes the “whole self” of what makes up my heart. As a result of the loss of my self-awareness, my heart is now my seat of all consciousness.
