A multistorey building is one of the most common residential construction techniques you can find outside of a home. With multiple stories, an entire building can be built on the ground level, then the first floor can be divided into three or more apartments with each apartment having its own entrance. There are a few downsides to building a multistorey, one of which is that, for some tenants, their apartments will be located behind the exterior walls of a single-story building.

In a multi-storied building, there is no way to keep the buildings from tumbling down together. There have been many accidents and even deaths caused by this issue though. If it’s a problem that the owner wants to avoid, they can put a roof over the entire building. Then the owner can build the apartments on top of that roof, so each apartment has its own roof and there is a way to keep from falling over.

Multi-storied buildings have a number of advantages over single-story ones. First, the structure doesn’t have to fall. If the structure falls down, the building has to be rebuilt and the whole thing has to be torn down. Second, the owner can choose to put the apartments themselves above the building roof and the apartments can have their own roofs without the need to tear the building down.

Its true, a lot of these businesses have failed because they are so successful in the eyes of the competition. It’s not like the customers for these places are so stupid that they can’t find other places to buy these things. However, as we move to a less competitive economy and less people shop at the mall, these failed restaurants are going to start having to operate as multi-stores.

The real problem with multi-stores is that there is no single store that has the name, address, phone number, or physical location of each item. This means that the store has to do all the work of finding, ordering, and shipping each item to each customer. In a multi-store the customer will have to go to the store to get each item and then have to go to each store to order it. Not a very fun model for customers.

Multi-stores are even worse than the mall, because they require customers to go to two places, one at a time, to get each item. Which means that the customer has to either use the wrong address, or the wrong phone number, or the wrong street, in order to get the item. Not a fun model for customers, either.
