They have to go to a store, and they have to go there with their hopes and dreams.

When you go to a physical store, you expect to walk through a maze of shelves and other items, and you have to stop every few seconds and look at the display of what you want or who wants it. That doesn’t have to be the case with ecommerce. In fact, I think ecommerce is a way for customers to experience the product in a way that is often new to them.
